Contract Printing
Contract printing is a relationship where Grelin Apparel Graphics provides screen printing services on customer provided substrates. You as our customer are responsible for all artwork, films, shipping, and substrates.
Grelin Apparel Graphics has been a trusted supplier of custom screen-printing services since 1990. Our management team has been in place since 1990 and most of our staff have been with us for over 20 years.
With a custom designed screen-printing production facility, we have a both automatic, manual and transfer presses for ultimate production flexibility. Our experienced production team allows for minimum setup time, maximum efficiency, and ultimate image reproduction. Complete plastisol color matching can also be accomplished if so desired.
Difficult materials are our specialty. Manufacturer flat stock, nylon, vinyl, and bags can all be printed by our team.
Normal turn around on contract printing is 10 business days after receipt of all information and substrates. We work with all our clients to ensure your orders are delivered on time.
We guarantee a misprint rate of less than 5 pieces or 1% of total order whichever is greater. Mill defects such as holes, missed seams, fabric markings, and stains will be noted if found and separated from the order. If defects are found prior to printing, the items will not be printed. However, if not detected until after printing, the customer will be charged accordingly.
All substrates will be repacked in original packing cartons with shirts in printers bulk folds of one dozen per size per color unless the customer specifies otherwise. Return shipping charges and labels are the responsibility of the customer. We offer drop shipping and other services are available with additional charges negotiated on a per customer basis.
We are in a time sensitive business and realize that deadlines are a part of our business. From time-to-time production concerns may dictate that a longer delivery time frame is required, and customers will be contacted accordingly. RUSH service is available at no extra charge if production scheduling allows.
